Mk and Redson were in Pigsy's restaurant making noodles and of course with Pigsy's warning looming over their heads. Well mostly Mk. “I hope you both don't break or ruin anything, I will know” “there better not be a mess when I come back” with those words and a wave goodbye along side a happy smile Mk and Redson we're left alone making noodles.
Mk has made noodles a many of times before for multiple people before, even being on a tv show but, now with Redson his boyfriend standing next to him Mk couldn't help but feel nervous.
Redson caught on and he put his hand on Mk shoulder “noodle boy, you got this” he said with confidence. Mk breathed in believing in Redson's words, “alright, let's make these noodles” he said happily rolling up his sleeves and put his game face on, ready to go. Redson took off his coat, not wanting it to get dirty and putting it somewhere safe also rolling up his sleeves.
The noodle dough needed to be made so both of them washed their hands. Mk got the flour, salt and water onto a board and started kneading until smooth and firm, with the help of Redson getting a knife, oil, rolling pin and something to put the dough in. Mk grabbed the knife and cut the dough into two sections then started to flatten out one of the pieces of dough and, Redson doing the other half watching his boyfriend intently in hopes he was doing it right. After flattening the dough Mk and Redson coated both sides of the noodle dough generously with oil, and then transferred into a big bowl and covered it with a cloth, letting it rest for 1.5 hours.
Mk and Redson needed to clean up as Pigsy's warning decided to invade their minds “there better not be a mess when I come back.” Even if there wasn't much of a mess at all, they still cleaned.
To kill time Redson grabbed his coat, joining Mk on one of the seats, sharing his coat with his boyfriend. Making sure the cost was draped over both of them, Mk and Redson sat shoulder to shoulder, with Mk suggiling up to Redson enjoying the natural warmth of the fire demon. While watching in awe and his eyes went brighter because Redson was flickering with his flames “Redson you're so warm and comfy” Mk said “oh and cool or should it be hot since y'know” gesturing to all of Redson with a goofy smile. Redson blushed “You're lucky I find you endearing” while holding Mk's hands.
Admittedly Redson didn't expect Mk to let go of his hands and stare at him saying nothing. Until of course “you find me endearing!” Mk said excitedly while attacking his boyfriend with kisses to the cheek “hey, noodle boy what are you...” he sat there letting Mk give him kisses besides Redson didn't mind, not one bit. Redson gave Mk a little peck on his forehead and Mk melted.
Then time flied as 1.5 hours were up and Mk got the noodles out cut them into 3cm wide strips and started pulling with Redson boiling the water and also, helping pull the noodles. With water boiling and noodles pulled Mk and Redson started cooking as the noodles were put into a pot and letting them cook for 2 minutes. As the noodles were coming out Mk started to place them in bowls, Redson chopped up some coriander to put on top. With the hand pulled noodles ready and everything in it like soy sauce, black Chinese vinegar, sesame oil and the coriander on top it was ready to be eaten.
Mk and Redson were about to eat when Pigsy came through the door looking at everything in his kitchen, to see that nothing was broken or ruined at that everything was clean. Mk watched as Pigsy walked up to him and Redson just started eating, cursing his glasses ever so often since they fogged up. Pigsy let Redson be and looked at Mk “you did great, kid” giving him a shoulder pat Mk sighed in relief “thanks Pigsy that means a lot” and he started eating. Mk offered Pigsy a bite and he took it nodding proudly, that made Mk joyful and gave Pigsy a hug and of course Pigsy hugged him back, Mk gave Redson a hug too and that made him happy.
