Summary
After Daryl presented, his father would lock him alone in a bare room during his heats in an attempt to curb his omega status. Years later Daryl's traumatized memories still influence his reaction to his heats. He tries to ignore his instincts, submitting and admitting he's not in control isn't something he's good at, but so far his attempts have been futile. At least he's got Rick, his patient mate who understands and accepts Daryl as he is.
