    Konoha Metropolis. The largest city in the country. It had an intricate balance between freedom and binding. There was the life above, where law and government controlled; and there was a life below, in the shadows, which was ruled by the strongest, upholding true freedom. This system had been in place for decades, maintaining order in the city. An invisible line in between, fragile, yet strong. Right, but so wrong. And as a new dawn arrived, the city came closer to the beginning of chaos. When the line between the two worlds finally vanished.
