Today It's friday, They are finally at the weekend and Komi was invited to her first sleepover. "Hey~ Komi-san. We are having a sleepover at Tadano's house, You're coming right?" Najimi was behind her as they were on their way to their classroom.
Komi froze, She doesn't even know if she would get permission to sleep at a boy's house. She looked towards Najimi, She wants to go... But it's Tadano's House. She started blushing and tried to hide behind her notebook.
She had forgotten that she had something pre-written on her notebook, Najimi read it out loud. "Good morning, Tadano-kun." Komi jumped and turned the notebook around, Hoping that Najimi wouldn't misunderstand. She was steaming behind the notebook, Najimi was standing there with a big grin on their face. "So are you coming?" Najimi asked, The words sounded different due to the big grin on their face.
Later...
Tadano was taking out his lunch, suddenly a Najimi came flying into his back. Tadano groaned in pain, You'd think that he was used to it at this point...
"Oi Tadano-kun, We're having a sleepover at your place, Komi-san is coming aswell."
Komi looked towards the two, She just realized what Najimi said. ["Tadano didn't even know about it?"]
"What?" Tadano looked back towards Najimi.
"Didn't you tell me that you were gonna be home alone this weekend?"
Tadano sighed, "I never told you I was having a sleepover at my place though." Najimi's grin from earlier just disappeared.
"So you're just gonna do Komi-san like that? Poor her, she was looking forwards to it."
["Damn you Najimi! I don't have a choice anymore..."]
"I suppose it wouldn't hurt..." Najimi perked up, Jumping onto Tadano's back.
"THAT'S WHAT I LIKE TO HEAR!" Tadano and Komi hid their ears in their hands.
"WAI-" Tadano just realized that Komi-san is gonna sleep at his place. He looked towards her, they were both blushing. After making eye contact the pair looked opposite ways, for almost 30 seconds.
"Anyway, Can you tell me who is coming?" Tadano asked, His blush had almost dissappeared while Komi's hadn't changed at all, mostly because of her weird thoughts.
"Ah, it'll just be me, you and Komi-san."
"Ah... E-eh...." Tadano wasn't sure if he could do this. It would be really embarrassing even though Najimi was gonna be there.
Even thought it was embarrassing, The pair was actually happy to hear that. They both hid a smile.
"Ah, eh... Hehe, Ha... uhhh" Tadano couldn't get a single word out.
"About that, We'll come around 6. Komi-san will bring snacks."
"It's okay, I can get snacks."
"Okay then you'll get the snacks."
Tadano and Komi gave eachother a quick glance and then looked back at Najimi, They both nodded. This was probably not gonna be as embarrassing as they originally thought.
Tadano thought that Najimi would bring games over and stay up all night.
Komi thought that they would be forced to do embarrassing things, including romantic things. Because of how Najimi has been teasing the two for the last weeks.
Later, around 5:30.
"Have fun sweetie!" Her mom waved her goodbye. She opened the door and quickly got out, she wanted to hide her embarrassment. She hasn't been able to stop thinking about it the last couple of hours. She's mentally slapped herself whenever she gets weird thoughts.
[Weird thoughts doesn't mean lewd thoughts.]
Najimi hadn't mentioned anything about meeting up anywhere so she just headed towards his house herself, It was peaceful outside. Even though she felt calm, she could feel her face burning at the same time.
She's honestly suprised that she was allowed with no hesitation to go sleep at Tadano's house. Then she remembers, Her mom really seems to trust Tadano... She even told her that Tadano would make a great son-in-law. Komi understood what she meant, It was really embarrassing... Knowing that your mother wants you to get in a relationship with your crush.
She decided to not think to deeply about this topic...
She had arrived, The only issue now was that she couldn't knock. She has done this multiple times before but she was really nervous.
She stayed there for a while, too long. She eventually snapped back to reality and quickly took out her phone, She was planning to let him know that she had arrived so that he could open the door for her. She noticed that the time was already 6:13. She was late, It was because she's been standing there doing nothing for the past 10 minutes.
Gripping her phone a little harder, She started typing. "Sorry for being late! I'm outside your door." She thought it sounded creepy, but she was too shy to knock on the door.
Before she could send the message, The door was suddenly opened. She looked towards it and out came Tadano. "Uhh... Hey..." Tadano looked at her, visibly sweating.
She sighed in relief that she didn't have to send the message, But then realized Tadano's expression. She looked worried.
"Uhh... So... Actually..." Now Tadano wasn't the only one sweating.
"Let me start over. Okay so... Najimi... Uhhh..." He slapped himself which scared Komi. "Najimi isn't coming..." Tadano wasn't expecting much of a reaction, then Komi realized what he just said.
She jumped and hid her face behind hands. She started steaming, This was just getting more embarrassing. She had already imagined this situation in her head multiple times, And so had Tadano.
They both knew how their little stories used to end...
"I can walk you home if you don't want to stay..." He scratched his neck, He opened the door fully and already had his jacket on. He was already prepared.
Komi quickly shook her head, It was really embarrassing. She's suprised to see herself acting so fast. Despite it being really embarrassing, She really wanted to stay over night. It sounded weird even in her head...
"A-are you sure...?" Tadano felt as if he was responsible for everything that's gonna happen, whether she's gonna have fun and feel comfortable or not.
She slowly nodded. Tadano went inside and took of his jacket, Komi was still standing there, unable to move because of nervousness. He looked over at her, "Are you coming?"
She managed to move, even though it was slow.
