During the first world war, in the year of 1916, Louis William Tomlinson is an omega, aboard the HMHS Britannic, the biggest hospital ship in course at the time, going from Turkey with his final destiny being England.
Being a bastard son of an important north american earl, Louis had all his education and preparation paid by his father in Europe and being educated as a high society omega with the best manners, language and skills, trying at all costs to pass by a legit aristocrat. By all means and with the goal to establish the future of his omega son, Alfred Austin arranged an engagement between Louis and a known and rich marine captain.
When finally in trip inside the HMHS Britannic, Louis finally see himself in the middle of the real retreat of the war, among so many injured and traumatized soldiers, and between his duties on helping injured alpha and beta soldiers and deal with a possessive and aggressive fiancé, the petit omega meets the most good and captivating alpha, the soldier Harry Edward Styles, whom for the first time made him feel alive, seeing him as something beyond titles and classes, giving the young Louis new and strange feelings.
This meeting, orchestrated by the universe or not, makes the omega doubt if he should follow his father’s wishes and arrangements for him, or if he should give himself the chance to dive in a love he has never ever thought he could dream or live.
Well, this is the history of how Louis and Harry met and fell deeply in love, during the nine days aboard the HMHS Britannic.
