Summary
The Morningstars have moved to New Orleans, Lucifer overseeing the construction of a new prison under his name while Lilith breaks into the film scene there and plays the part of a perfect socialite.
Charlie, left separated from her mother and father due to all the work and struggling with the feelings she’s dealing with for her best friend, is driven into the company of the radio host they share their street with. He’s charming, friendly, polite and respectful, and her family begins trading her company with him, doing favours around the house and cooking, for air time on his radio show for both their careers.
