   Summary

   Nick and Charlie sit at the centre of the universe, a hub of thrumming energy. Charlie, perched on Nick’s lap as if it’s no big thing, energetically tells the boys surrounding them about some story from when he slept over at Nick’s the night before. As he does so, Nick flushes but doesn’t look at all embarrassed. In fact, he even looks slightly proud as he nuzzles deep into Charlie’s neck, the dark-haired teen seemingly instinctively bringing his hand up to scratch at Nick’s scalp in a way that makes the blond visibly melt with content. The craziest thing to Danny, though, is that nobody seems to care.
