Summary
This was the third man dead this week. They could not afford these kinds of losses. With this, the total was now up to 15. Minho sighed heavily, trying to figure out how to handle this situation. The killers have left no trace, targeting their men when they are off duty and leading them to places with no witnesses, then slitting their throats and having a bullet placed right in between their eyes.
Minho is at a loss of what to do. He suspects that a certain group is responsible, but he has no proof, and can not afford to start a war over a wrong hunch.

[I fell out of love with this fic, and so I am discountinuing it. If anyone would like to pick it up, please let me know! I'm going to leave it up on this account for 1 more month before I orphan it. Although I am not happy with it, I know it did have some fans! In the meantime, I am going to work on a new fic, one with a better plot, planning, writing, and much longer chapters!]
