Summary
How Number One makes Captain Pike's life easier and his command better, and in a way how he does the same. Or; I wrote it for all of us who loves to ponder how Starfleet administration works, who have a fondess for forms and even more for all the archivists out there.
Could be read as Gen, could be shippy if you want to :)
The fic mentions blood, deaths and sad feelings but it isn't dark or angsty per se.
