Summary
Izumi Midoriya has proven herself to All Might that she is worthy of One for All, a sentiment she disagrees with vehemently. She's never thought she was worthy of anything, as the fact that she wasn't was drilled, or rather, blasted into her head every day for the 13 years since she didn't develop a quirk. Now that she has a quirk, she thought things would finally fall into place and her life would get better, and maybe it would get better, but falling into place? Maybe not. Instead of her getting the super strength she was promised, a strange cloak appeared on her back. This is the first of many confusing things in a chain of events that will ultimately change hero society as a whole.
