    After 9 years of drafted service in Ursa's army, John Silver receives a letter telling him his parents have passed away and he is now the sole caregiver for his disabled younger sister, Molly. In an attempt to patch their rocky relationship, he takes her on his ship to go spacing in search of adventure...

    ...And they wind up broken down on the little mining planet Montressor.

    Here they meet Jim Hawkins, a good kid in a bad situation, and get unknowingly pulled into the awful things that are going on behind the scenes on this seemingly boring little planet.
