It's been a couple weeks since the Russian coverup and Steve can sleep roughly two hours before he's wide awake gasping for air and clutching at his bedsheets. But hey, at least the bruises are pretty much gone, the cuts leave fine white lines on his body and he has a newfound fear of drugs.
But he's doing okay.
He's fine in every sense of the word.

In other words Steve is not fine as he stumbles his way through the pain of losing someone he loves and struggling with trying not to get anyone else involved in this giant mess.
