Summary
On his journey home from surveying his land, King Rhoam Hyrule finds a young child fighting for his life on the plains all by himself after his parents and some imperial knights were killed by monsters. King Rhoam takes him to the castle where the boy swears his loyalty to the royal family and becomes a knight. Everything is fine until it is time for the coming of age ceremony for those who have finally turned 16. Just how is he supposed to rule when the weight of the crown, the return of an ancient enemy, and his daughter's love life are all putting pressure on him?
(A/N: This fic will be pretty detailed in certain areas. Blood and gore (mainly the first chapter), sexual content and mental health issues(PTSD, anxiety, negative thoughts, mental abuse, etc. I will try and include warnings in author notes before the chapter!) will be in the story, so please bear this in mind and read with caution!)
