Summary
Wang Yibo is cleaning his desk from the case’s papers when the door gently slides and enters the face that he thinks he will never see again in this lifetime.
He snorts, muttering under his breath, so quiet it is almost inaudible. "How come this person still haunts me? Even after I moved. Can’t he just leave me alone?"
The person at the door stares at him with widened eyes, his shoulders stiffened and his eyes are filled with emotions when he meets Wang Yibo’s eyes.
The latter glares blankly at the silhouette of his late husband, willing him to be gone. He pinches himself.
It hurts, but that vision doesn’t disappear, making him feel like he is somewhat in a daze.
He whispers hoarsely, “Go away, Xiao Zhan.”Or,
Xiao Zhan died. Wang Yibo moved on.
