Mk wakes up to start his day, they get up around 6:30 AM to get ready. He only gets up that early to train with the great "Monkie king".
Mk puts on his headband and went out. He quickly made a toasted bagel with some butter on it and filled his water bottle with ice-cold water. It's already 6:54 so they get his staff and popped into Flower fruit
mountain.
He enjoys the island itself but dreads the training with Monkie king. They don't mind the training, it's just that training with Monkie king is...Not what he expected...
They expected Monkie king to be outgoing and fun and chill! But Monkie king is cold, distant, hard on him. Mk understands that they are the "Monkie kid" but, he just wants Monkie king to be his buddy. As Mk opens the waterfall to train with Monkie king, he starts counting. " 1....2....3 "
Mk goes inside to see Wukong meditating. Monkie king opens his mouth " Here already? Sit down. We are meditating." Mk sits down and does what Monkie king wants.
No questions because the last time he messed up, Monkie king slammed him against the ground painfully. Mk was bleeding and crying. But all Monkie king said is "We aren't done. Get up"
So back with meditating with Monkie king. Mk is kind of happy that he doesn't have to deal with fighting with Monkie king before his shift.
The sound of the wind, the smell of peaches around him.
"Mk, we are meditating, stop getting distracted." The golden monkey said. So Mk not want to suffer another punishment.
Tried, and tries to stop getting distracted. But his poor mind cant. So Monkie decides to punish them.
Monkie king gets up from the floor. Mk knows this is a bad sign already. As the great sage walk to Mk. He can only hope that Monkie king will be easy on him.
As Monkie king starts to grab Mk, all that Mk can say is "please...I'm sorry.." Monkie king gets Mk and slams them on the ground. Unfortunately, apologizing doesn't help him.
Mk slowly lifts his head. Blood dripped on his head and nose, tears as well. Wukong had gotten medical supplies to tend Mk's wounds. As much as it seems that Wukong hated Mk with a burning passion. Wukong cares for Mk.
He just knows that Mk cannot be babied around since he's his successor. Wukong has to be harsh on him.
And also Wukong understands that Mk is a mortal and can't get attached to them since Wukong knows that mortals live a short life.
As Wukong tended to Mk's bloody head and nose. Mk realized that its already 8:40. Mk told Monkie king that he has to get going now in a quiet tone.
Mk gets up and puts glamour around him so that Tang and Pigsy wouldn't have to worry too much.
As he gets ready a grey small monkey gives him some apples to go. (Mk doesn't want peaches, he doesn't wanna be immortal) Mk thanks the kind tiny monkey grey and heads out to his apartment to get ready for work.
He quickly pops into his room to wash off the scent a bit. He smells like blood. Mk puts on his work uniform and checks if his glamour is still on.
The glamour is still on. He goes down to Pigsy's to start working. The pig chef prepared some noodles for him to eat.
Mk is happy. The pig demon opened his mouth "So er kid, you've been lookin' a bit. Exhausted, don't ya think?" Mk told the chef " I'm fine Pigsy! Just some training with Monkie kid y'know?"
The pig demon mumbled "Sure kid." under his breath. Mk didn't seem to care much and finished his noodles and started getting the car ready for deliveries.
Pigsy orders Mk to get 46 deliveries done. Mk goes. Out of his repeated day, he enjoys doing deliveries the most, it's calming and chill and his body gets to rest. Mk gets his deliveries to their houses fairly quickly.
Then he goes back and Pigsy has more deliveries. Repeat until Mk's shift stops. As Mk cleans up after a long day of work, he remembers those apples the little monkeys gave him.
They're a bit hungry so Mk ate one of those apples, it tasted extremely sweet. He goes to bed and goes to sleep. Usually, his dreams would just be a void until he wakes to start his day.
But today, it's different. He wakes up in a dream world. It looks nice and colorful! Seeing a mirror conveniently placed near him.
He looks at his appearance, and Mk looks different! He has golden flowers covering his eyes, he can still see through the flowers.
Mk's hair is fluffy and puffy, his fit is their puffy yellow jacket in the real world but slightly pastel. And colorful shoes,
Also, his ears are pointy, like demon ears. He didn't notice at first but he also has a monkey tail. As he admires their look, he hears a familiar voice.
"Hey, Mk!" Its Mei! She looks different though. Her highlights form a heart and look to hair a dragon Pin. And her eyes are just dots? beads?
Mei just looks different. Also, she looks like she has dragon horns as well.
"Mei? what are you doing here?" Mk said. "What are you talking bout? I'm just calling in because Piggy is done with making Lunch!" said the dragon girl. As she said that, Mei went to Mk can assume where lunch is.
Mk looked around. Everything is bubbly and pastel. He missed spending time with Mei and their friends. He wished he can spend time with everyone forever.
Mk decided to follow Mei because where else should he go? He should start where he calls home. The noodle shop. The noodle shop looked different. it's filled with cats?
Mk asked, "Why is it filled with cats?" Then not Pigsy turned to Mk, "Because Sandy is living with us? heh kid, looks like Monkie king had overworked ya again hm?" The pig demon said.
Before Mk can respond they're caught off guard by what Pigsy looks like. His eyes are the same as Mei's. And it looks like Pigsy is fluffy now..?
Before Mk can say anything a certain scholar opened his mouth, "Ah, Pigsy, Monkie king would never hurt Mk or even overwork him!" it's Tang but he also looks different.
He got the same eyes and his hair is extremely fluffy. And then a voice he never expected to hear. " YEAH, I would never do that to the kid!" It's Monkie king.
What's he doing here? He looks like the others. Fluffy and some different eyes. "M-Monkie king? What are you doing here?"
"I would never miss lunch with my favorite student! Come eat bud! Before Tang eats it all" Said the fluffy yellow Monkie.
Mk at first thought that he was in the calabash again, but he broke the calabash. Did Yin and Jin make a new one? Then Mk realized that it was the apples!
Mk doesn't care and is just happy that Monkie king is showing care and emotions to Mk. As Mk sat down, he admires the way this place looks.
There are cats everywhere. And when he looks outside, it's pastel and cheery! Mk slips his noodles as they listen to the conversation.
Sometimes Mk even opens his mouth to talk! it's amazing, it's calming, and it feels like home. He doesn't want to leave. This area is too perfect to leave until.

Mk gets up. It's his danm alarm. For once they consider throwing his phone against the wall to go back to sleep. It's 6:52 AM.
But he knows that he should just get it over with. He gets ready. He makes a sandwich and gets his water bottle to fill it with cold water.
He considers lying to Monkie king to go back to bed but Mk doesn't want to lie to their mentor does he? Who cares.
Mk gets his staff and goes to Flower fruit mountain. It is a bit cold today, Mk goes to the waterfall.
And Mk checks the time on his phone, 7:23 AM, Mk is late. He meets Monkie king. "Hello, Mk. Why are you late?" said the golden monkey. "I uh overslept...I'm sorry"
Said the sorry Mk, Monkie king seemed annoyed, he said "You are my successor Mk. You don't get to be late"
"I-I know! I won't do it again!" Said Mk, Then Monkie king let out a big sigh. Monkie king opened his mouth "You know what happens when you mess up, Mk. I won't let you go just because you are sorry."
Before Mk can plead, Wukong punched Mk's stomach with speed. Mk let out a cry. The great sage opened his mouth " Don't be late ever again. Get up. We are gonna learn how to---"
Mk's body cannot take it anymore. Mk started coughing out blood. Lots of blood. While crying. This seemed to get Wukong's attention. "MK, A-ARE YOU OK?" The yellow shouted while getting medical supplies from his hair helping Mk.
Wukong will always be this hard on Mk but it's not Wukong's intention to kill him.
As Mk is coughing out blood, his version started to blurry. He can hear the muffled screams of the Monkie king.
Mk wakes up in the void. They are sad that he didn't end up back in the dream world but, it also proved Mk's theory that the apples are causing him to have that dream...kind of...
It only proved that MAYBE the apples helped them go into the dream. He looks around the void.
Does he see someone? He goes towards the person to see a lady crying. Over what? As he tried to ask what was wrong.
She turns to Mk and told him that- he woke up. Mk is wondering why did he see a lady crying. What was she trying to tell him?
Mk is distracted with his dream enough to not notice the area he is in. He is in...a house? Mk assumed that this was Monkie king's house.
This is Mk's first time in the house. As they got up he saw the conveniently placed mirror and saw themselves.
Do they look odd? Looks like Monkie king removed his glamour and changed the bandages a bit. Mk saw Monkie king go to Mk with an emotionless look. "You're awake."
Get up. It looks like you are late for your shift" The great sage told Mk.
Even when Mk showed signs of not being fine, and coughing out blood. Wukong thought that it was not that bad
since he got trapped under a mountain for 500 years and Wukong thought that humans are just too weak.
Mk got up and thanked him a bit. Before heading out to start his shift. Monkie king told Mk "Take a rest for a few days" and then,
quietly mumbles "Take it easy" Mk, only heard what Monkie king first and is kinda sad that Monkie king thinks he's so weak that he needs to recover for a few days.
Even though Monkie king never told Mk that and Mk is making up stuff with his brain. Mk popped on his glamour and then ran to start his shift.
He quickly puts on his uniform. And rushed to start his shift, Pigsy scolds Mk a bit but stopped when he saw Mk's tired look.
Mk did his usual deliveries but instead of listening to music, they are busy theorizing what the hell are his dreams.
First of all, what the hell is in those apples that the small grey monkey gave him, for him to start dreaming of a dreamland?
And what the hell do his dreams mean? The one where the lady was crying. They are just confused. Until Redson came and start to cause a scene.
Redson unleashed her demon bull robots in the raceway area for the immortal peach. He did it to steal all the peach trophies for some REASON.
Mk is too tired to deal with Redson and their bullshit, but it is Mk's job as the Monkie kid, to help the city. And Mk knows that this is the only thing he can do for Mei since he's been a bad friend.
So he hears Redson say " Noodle boy! It seemed that me, Redson has gained your-"
Mk is too busy zoning out with his theories.
"HEY, LISTEN WHEN I TALK NOODLE BOY" Redson shouted. His hair started to go up in flames. Redson sent her robots after Mk.
Unsurprisingly Mk destroyed the robots. Redson mutters something about how it's not the last time something before she went thru his fire portal.
Mk is too busy to even care anymore. He goes home after finishing their shift. He quickly changes into his sleeping wear and ate the apple before going to bed. And then going to sleep.
Mk wakes up in the same dream world. He looks to see if it was the same world and he saw the conveniently placed mirror to see. Yep! It's the same world!
Still has his flowers and tail. He quickly goes to the noodle shop to see the same cats as before. Mk is excited
He sees Mei and...Redson? But Redson has fluffy hair and looks like he has the same horns as the bull king and some floppy bull ears with a tail. "Hey, Mk! We are going to Redson's family restaurant! You coming?" Mei said to Mk.
Before he can question why Redson is here, their body starts moving with Redson and Mei. Probably because he doesn't want to be abandoned again. Mk sees a fairly formal restaurant and he saw that the name is
"Spice to Feast"
It looks like the food in the restaurant is spicy. Mei is the best type of dumbass she orders the spiciest food for EVERYONE. Mk at first is scared Then he realized that he can't be touched so he stopped worrying.
Before Mk can ever touch the food

Mk gets up. He stupidly forgot to off their STUPID alarm. He turned it off and went to sleep. But now, They are in the void. AGAIN. He saw the lady crying. He asked what was wrong then.
"He did this to me"
Before Mk can even ask the lady said.
"Monkie king! H-He killed me"
Mk said "W-what? H-He would never!"
"P-Please b-believe me,"
Before Mk can start talking again, he woke up. It's 8:40 AM. They should start working. Maybe some heavy work can distract him?
