The role of the Warriors of Light have always been held in such high regard for their tales of heroism throughout the ages. Many adventurers begin their journey in the hopes that they may become one themselves, and yet… None are really desiring of the title. Sure they may claim to be, yet not one would truely, in a world where they aren’t forced into it, be willing to take on such an onerous task.
Not even the current Warriors of Light accepted their positions by will. Nay, each was forced into it by their circumstances, and by the time they realised what they must do, it was far too late to try to deny their fates.
