while i will follow heart events for certain characters, they may be altered to fit the story. this goes for dialogue and pacing as well.
i have two ocs in this story. my farmer oc and my main sdv oc. both play important roles in the plot, as one is the main character and the other is a huge influence in the mcs story.
while the main character will mostly have only platonic relationships, the other characters may have romantic ones.
———
some characters may be written slightly ooc until i edit this book and go through their heart events.

this book contains the topic of LGBTQ+ conversion camps as one of its main themes. please know that i in absolutely no way believe that they are helpful or right. i think they are absolutely disgusting and unjustifiable. i myself am queer and lucky enough to live in a place where people are protected from them.
if the topic triggers you or if any of them do, please don't read this book. your mental health is much more important.
i also have been and will continue to do research on camps and want to be as accurate to what they are as possible, mainly to spread some awareness but also to make my OCs story as realistic as possible, even if some of it is far fetched and unlikely to happen.
