Summary
As the son of the two most powerful wizards of their time, 17-year-old Merlin leads a relatively quiet life. He is about to enter his 7th year at Hogwarts, when everything is going downhill. He starts to question some aspects of his own parents' past and inexplicable things start to happen. Eventually, after touching a strange piece of jewelry that plays a crucial role in his life, he finds himself in another world very similar to his own with familiar faces - except for the fact that in this reality, his own father, Gellert Grindelwald, is the mastermind behind the impending war and the reason why the wizarding world is devided. While in search for a way to return to the world he came from, Merlin becomes embroiled in this conflict.
