- THIS TREACHEROUS, DASTARDLY FIEND HAS DECEIVED ME FOR THE LAST TIME!
Ralathor turned the page and continued reading, satisfied that he had perceived the text correctly.
- I SHALL NOT STAND FOR THIS!
Sometimes, Zargothrax forgot that there was a thing called “indoor voice” that people everywhere, wizards included, used when they were indoors and the person they were speaking to was sitting right there, instead of the next hill over, one mile to the east.
- THE FIEND SHALL BE DEALT WITH SWIFTLY AND PAINFULLY!
Sometimes, when Zargothrax felt like it was not enough for him to rage in the privacy of his tower, he also tended to forget that things such as private space existed and, unfortunately, he made that everybody else’s problem.

Ralathor picked up the long-suffering mug to his right and took a sip of the very bitter liquid that had lost its right to be called coffee and moved into the “death wish” territory, though in his opinion it was perfectly good coffee, thank you very much.
