Summary
It’s not as though Newt’s oblivious to the sexual elements of his performances. He knows, objectively, that dragging his hand down his throat to crawl down his chest and below is sexually provoking. His usual outfits don’t leave much to the imagination and BVR’s lyrics would require half of any song censored should it be broadcasted publicly. (There’s a reason he hasn’t mentioned his band to Hermann yet.) But to actually confront the effects, that desire? Newt’s developing his strangest brand of imposter syndrome yet, but fuck if he isn’t turned on.
