Wickham's just desserts

Summary:

I wrote this on a whim because I personally wanted more than just a punch in the face for Wickham. But if you want to get some catharsis like I did while writing it maybe you'll get some while reading it.(or at least any of you can imagine you are doing the punching) and I ship Fitzwilliam Darcy x Elizabeth Bennett like FedEx ships packages. So there's reference to that but it's not the main point of the fic. Hopefully you'll enjoy a beat down of Wickham from Darcy's POV.

Work Text:

A young lady in a shirt and pants unbecoming of a lady in the Ton or even in the country, barreled past me in the exact same direction. Curiosity must be sated. So my legs just hurriedly took away in her direction involuntarily. A sudden turn shows an alley where the lady of unknown means knocked on the door with rage resounding. "MR. WICKHAM YOU COME OUT HERE NOW OR I WILL DO MY DARNEDEST TO SEPARATE YOU FROM LYDIA AND BE THROWN INTO A DEBTORS PRISON IF IT'S THE LAST THING I DO!" After a while the very man who not only nearly ruined my sister but ruined my dearest Lizzie's reputation came to face the mysterious girl who somehow knew a lot about that blackguard. "Who are…" Wickham was on the wall in a blink of an eye. As many punches and kicks even his family jewels weren't spared from the lady's wrath. She stopped only a moment to collect mud, rocks, and horse dung to smear all over him. Her furious movements of fingernails scratched until I saw blood. Before her fury siated. A final forceful kick to Wickham's netherregions. "Hi Mr Darcy" the mysteriously once furious lady acknowledged my presence. "I knew you were there. And I know your reason is a pair of fine eyes of longbourn. Mr Darcy. I suggest after the business you must discuss with this monster of a man. You immediately propose to your lady love for her opinion is much changed. Also to answer the question that is no doubt plaguing your mind as to why I beat him up. Well I don't like it when people try to groom children for that is what Lydia and Georgian are, gamble away thousands of pounds if not more, tell the tallest of tales about you, and try to seduce any lady of either great fortune or great importance to you." Her knowing eyes. "I'm afraid I must go but do not fear Elizabeth's rejection for there shall be none. I bet my entire personal library on it." As soon as she answered the questions that she accurately guessed, more questions arose. But before I could even ask her more, then I realized that she's gone and in her place is Wickham much worse for wear than before.
