Nancy Wheeler is the daughter of the Queen and King of Hawkins.
Her brother, Mike, the prince of Hawkins and her sister, Holly, is the other princess of Hawkins.
Growing up, Nancy had never have to lift a finger.Not like Jonathan, the son of their maid, Joyce Byers(Who is also best friends with her parents).Mike is best friends with his brother Will.
The Byers had it pretty rough.They had a abusive father/husband, were homeless for a few years, and always got treated differently.But when Joyce and Karen became friends, she and her sons got to stay at the palace.
Nancy and Jonathan weren’t that close.They would talk to each other, but they were never like best friends.Not like her and Barb.Barb, her best friend that died a few years ago.No one knew how, not even her parents.
Jane Hopper, or Eleven, is the adopted daughter of Jim Hopper, one of their guards.She has powers.Hopper and Mike are the only ones that know about her past.Her and Mike are dating, much to Hopper’s despise.
Karen and Ted had tried to set her up with Steve Harrington, a prince of another kingdom.But, Nancy wasn’t that fond of him.
Nancy is next in line for the throne.And her parents believe that she should marry someone so they can be king.But, Nancy doesn’t believe that she needs to marry someone to rule the kingdom.Nancy believes that she doesn’t need a partner in her life.
But little did she know, her life is about to change, forever.
Jonathan Byers was always working.
To help his mother with chores, making sure that his brother has a good childhood, and etc.
Jonathan didn’t mind much that he had to work so much.If it will help his family, he’ll do it.He was always a good kid.He never got in trouble(at least not with his mom) and always got good grades.
He is glad that Will became friends with the prince, Mike Wheeler.Jonathan always knew that he was a nice kid, despite his language.
Jonathan noticed that his mom has gotten really close with Hopper, one of the guards.Especially after the divorce.And, it’s not like he doesn’t trust or like Hopper.Jonathan just doesn’t want his mom to get hurt again.But, he is happy that she has someone to talk to.
Him on the other hand, wasn’t that close to anybody in the Royal Family.He did talk to Nancy, but it was always small talk.If he has to be honest, Jonathan used to have a crush on her.He still does.
But, he knows that someone like her wouldn’t like someone like him.Nancy was supposed to like people like Steve, the prince of another kingdom.
Little did he know, his life was about to change, forever.
