The blood curdling scream were loud, sounds of explosions were mixed in with the screams, then he saw his sensei in front of him, he was horribly disfigured. The large red eared slider has burned beyond recognition but he knew it was it sensei, then he spoke his voice was deep and it raspy.
‘’You failed.’’ He spoke harshly as he looked down at the young boy, he wanted to speak but he couldn’t say anything, his throat was dry and it felt like sandpaper.
‘’I GAVE YOU ONE MISSION AND YOU FAILED.’’ His voiced was cold and filed with hate towards the smaller teen.
The slider glared at him with nothing but hate, ‘’what do you have to say for yourself.’’ The teen didn’t speak
‘’well..?’ his sensei looked at him, again the teen didn’t speak.
‘’DO YOU HAVING TO SAY.’’ Once again the teen did not speak, he stayed quiet looking down with warm tears filling his eyes.
‘’I had faith in you but you failed me..’’ the teen eyes watered even more, still he couldn’t speak.
The slider lifted his sword above the teens head.
‘’I have no use for you’’
‘’NO’’ Casey quickly shot up from his bed, he was drenched in his own sweat, his face was wet with warm wet tears which was still streaming down his face.
He was heavy breathing, it took him sometime to catch his breath. Casey looked down at his palms which were covered in burns from before.
He hugged his knees and started to cry once again.
