" Are we sure this is a good idea? ", Leo asks again for the twentieth time as they walk towards the large purple building with gold accents, " I mean even if Big Mama is turning over a new leaf won't it be weird to stay at your ex's resort with your new boyfriend? ".
Splinter groans before he speaks calmly to his son.
" Leonardo, Big Mama and I have not been together since I was in my twenties and while we may have history I am very happy with Draxum and Big Mama knows this. She is many things my son, but she is not a homewrecker and even if she were do you think me a cheater? ", Splinter asks as he pauses at the entrance to the resort.
" Of course not dad. I just don't trust her. ", Leo whispers.
Splinter puts his hands on Leo's cheeks and speaks softly but firmly, " That is understandable my son but please trust me. I would not have brought you here if I thought any danger would befall you or our family and if it turns out that my trust is misguided trust that I will get you all to safety. ".
" Okay. ", Leo says.
Splinter pinches his son's cheeks and then faces the rest of his family, " Okay lets get this vacation started shall we? ".
His family cheers and they finally step in to Big Mama's resty-westy resort. The inside of the building is glittering gold with purple accents, the reverse of the outer exterior of the building. His dad and Draxum lead them to the front to desk to sign in and despite being cautious Leo finds himself vibrating with excitement. The wolf Yokai asks for their names and then call for Big Mama over a walkie. The spider Yokai doesn't take to long to arrive and breaks into a run once she steps off the elevator.
Leo reaches for his sword, ready for a fight but pulls up short when she hits her knees in front of their dad and takes the older man into her arms tightly. Draxum is standing calmly so Leo settles and watches. He sees his dad wrap his arms around her in turn and then he hears the hushed voices.
" Oh Lou, I was so worried. When I heard what happened to you and the boys I wanted to check on you so badly but I didn't know where you all were. ", Big Mama mumbled.
" I know, I know and I am sorry. I had to get my boys home, had to call Draxum home from his nutrition convention not to mention make room for the newest addition but as soon as I was sure we would all be okay I planned to call you but then I figured we needed a vacation anyways and this way you can see we are all fine. ", Splinter explained.
" I am so happy you are all okay. I have so much to atone for with you and your family. ", Big Mama said.
" All is forgiven Big Mama, we all make mistakes and I forgave you a long time ago. ", Splinter assured.
Big Mama finally pulled back from the hug and looked Splinter in the eyes as she thanked him before getting to her feet and facing Leo and the rest of the Hamato family.
" I will do my best to prove to you all that I really am trying to be better this time. Starting with this vacation. You are all vip members while you're here. Now, I know all the turtly boos but who are these two lovely humans ? ", Big Mama asked as her gaze found Casey and April.
" Ah, this is April O'Neil, a honorary member of our little family and this young man here is Casey Jones. With out this very brave boy we may have not survived the Krang so afterwards when he found he could not return home we offered him a place with us. ", Splinter infromed.
Casey and April waved politely and Big Mama smiled.
" It is a pleasure to meet you. Now if you will all wait a moment I'll grab the keys to your rooms. ", Big Mama said before walking being the front desk.
Leo's eyes followed her every move with distrust but all the woman did was grab keys and head back to them. He huffed and tried to calm down as they all filed into an elevator and were taken all the way to the top floor. Big Mama had given them the large penthouse so that they could all stay together but also have plenty of space for some alone time when needed. As she and his dads spoke he and his brothers ran to claim their rooms.
They left the biggest bedroom for their parents. Leo, Casey and Donnie selected the room with a view of the hidden city beach while Mikey, Raph and April took the final room at the end of the hall which also happened to be the closest to the kitchen. Just as Leo began to unpack his dad's voice called out for them all to return to the foyer area. Once they were all gathered there Splinter asked them all to thank Big Mama for her hospitality.
Leo bit his tongue but begin to bow in thanks when suddenly the door to the pent house burst opened and a blur of movement slammed into Big Mama and almost sent her slamming into the floor. Leo watched as the woman caught herself and managed to stay up right with a soft giggle. She smiled up at the newcomer wrapped around her. Leo glanced up at the persons face as well and his mouth dropped open.
A Yokai that looked to be about his age was smiling brightly at Big Mama as he hugged her close. He was a bunny, a beautiful white fluffy bunny. His ears were long and tied into together with a blue ribbon. The rabbit must have felt him staring because he turned his head and the two made eye contact. Leo's breath stuttered as he noticed the boys eyes, one was a soft blue but the other was a pink so pale it was almost pastel. He smiled shyly at Leo and Leo felt his cheeks heat but smiled back.
" Oh my wittle bunny wunny what have I said about barging into rooms with your master key? ", Big Mama asked the younger Yokai.
" That its rude to the guest and that the key is only for emergencies. ", The boy recited.
" Good boy. ", Mama said.
" I'm sorry Mama, I just wanted to meet Lou Jitsu! Okami said you were showing him and his family to a room! ", The boy shouted with a quick bounce.
Much to Leo's surprise Big Mama just smiled at the young man and said very well before turning to face them.
" Miyamoto, This is my snuggle muffin beefcake Lou, his partner Draxum and their family. ", Big Mama started, " and everyone this lovely bundle of white fluff is my son, Miyamoto Usagi. ".
" Its so great to meet you all. Especially you, Mr. Lou Jitsu sir, I'm a huge fan! I use to watch in the battle nexus when I was little and Mama recently showed me all your movies. ", The teen gushed while bouncing up and down grinning.
The grin showed off the small gap between his front teeth and Leo started to sweat. Big Mama had a son. Big Mama had an adorable son. Big Mama use to be their enemy, may still be their enemy and Leo was crushing on her son.
