God this man had a lot to learn and Eddie really wanted to be the one to teach him. It was almost cute how his face twisted up like that whenever he got new information and tried to decipher it.

Between working, running around after the kids and trying his hardest to get back to normality, Steve somehow ended up with Eddie permanently stuck to his side, he doesn't hate it.
Between working (he's still not sure how that happened but he will take it!) finding his feet as an average law-abiding citizen, with a fancy new government-funded house, Eddie somehow ended up with a best friend in Steve Harrington.
A friend, that was all he was... only they seemed to be together all the time, and now they're hosting a Hallowe'en party for the survivors of the end of the world. Together.
