Dwelling within the shadow's silence.
Waiting for light's tune to shine upon him.
Born and molded without an answer.
Left with questions of who and why.
One purpose was all he had been given.
"You are to speak of it." He proclaimed.
Past that, nothing more or else was said.
Naive he was, foolishly he gave into it.
Left he now was, counting his own tears.
Read all the books he'd done emptily.
The arms continued moving forward.
Knowledgeable he became, but not on himself.
The question of "who" persisted.
Like any other, we fear the unanswerable.
So, he quenched his desires with a name.
"Ralsei" he had picked for himself.
Despite the cold, Ralsei was one of warmth.
Empathy overflowing, yet none to share with.
Amiable Ralsei had become through practice.
His reward was but a field of hopes and dreams.
Those fields of red, had now turned into reality.
For the fallen two brought about the new for him.
A metallic green field, with two new to remember.
Oh, how such a dream come true it was for Ralsei.
Ralsei, wanting to check on himself, uses his mirror.
In it, he sees his friends, all having fun with smiles.
Though, Ralsei's own reflection was barely there.
His answer for "who" is not what it seems is it?
