Summary
When Rear Admiral Steven Hackett is informed by Conatix's Chief Operations Officer that due to the threat posed by Batarian raiders, two of Conatix's scientists and their family needs to be relocated from Mindoir ASAP, he pulls in the one man he can trust with the ground mission. Discovering that the eldest of the scientists' two daughters was an experiment done by Conatix to determine long-term effects of in-utero eezo exposure years before human biotics are discovered, their mission becomes even more important.
Sixteen year old Elizabeth Shepard finds her life irrevocably changed the day the monsters came and has to survive the tortures the monsters put her through and whatever comes after.
