Summary
Reaching over the space between them, Jeongguk rests a hand on Taehyung’s arm, the fleece of his sleep shirt soft beneath his palm. “Hey, I’ll get it,” he whispers, pushing himself up as the omega groans.
“You got her the last five times, though,” Taehyung protests, surprising Jeongguk—he didn’t think he could hear him over the crying of their baby.
“And I can get her again, you need to rest.” Then Jeongguk bends down to place a brief kiss to his boyfriend’s lips. For a second, all he knows is Taehyung’s warmth, his soft lavender and cedarwood scent, then he pulls away, smiling down at him in the darkness. “Let me do the hard work.”
A month after the birth of their daughter, Taehyung and Jeongguk navigate being in a new relationship and being new parents at the same time.
