One fall day in N.Y. It was a slow quiet day in the tower. All of the superheros were doing their own things. Enjoying this quiet day. You decided that you were going to Walmart. You walked into the common room to see Loki. Who was reading sitting on the couch. You walked over to him and sat next to him. You touched his knee "Loki?" "Yes darling?" Without looking up at you as he continues to read. "Can you join me? I'm going to Walmart." "Why are you going to this place that is a mart?" You laughed "it's called Walmart and because I'm bored. I want to see what new decorations they have in please?" You give him your best puppy dog eyes. He sighs "fine please turn off your sad eyes. I can never say no to you. You play a dirty trick darling." You laugh.
He puts a bookmark in his book and sets it aside. He gets up and walks close to the kitchen. "Darling, why don't we just go by magic?" You nod your head and walks over to him and holds his hand. "Hold on to me darling." As you blushes from the touch, he lifts his hand and twists it. The next thing you know you're in the parking lot of Walmart. You become wozy from his magic but stay holding his hand. He looks at you worried. You put a hand to your head and mumbles "i'm fine just not use to your magic yet." He holds you close. You blush while holding him close. After a while you are better. You both walk into the building. You look around, it was busy today. Everyone walked passed you too. No one was afraid of Loki which brought a smile to your face. You walked ahead and Loki followed you. You looked around till you spotted the new decorations. You pointed to the aisle. "Over here Loki." He smiles over at you and nods his head. He ushers you forward, you blush but nods your heas and walks towards the aisle.
Once there you walked around to see all the fall decorations. He looked around and didn't seem interested. Until you went around the corner and found Halloween decorations. You grabbed a pumpkin and hid it behind your back. You walked back over to him. "Loki I got a surprise!" Before he could respond you showed him the pumpkin and out popped a small ghost. "Boo!" You laughed. He smirked at you. "That didn't scare me my pet. If you're trying to scare me. You do remember what I am known for in my country?" You nod your head. "I can't trick you since you're the trickster. I guess you don't know about halloween?"
He looks at you confused "what is this Halloween you speak of?" You looked at him shocked. "You don't know what Halloween is?" "No my darling I don't that's why I asked. We don't have it on Asgard. So what is this Halloween?" "Halloween is holiday in October where people dress up and go trick or treating. There are some people who play tricks on others." "Intriguing tell me more like what do people dress up?" "They dress up in different ways, let me show you." You take his hand and guide him to the next adile where the costumes are. "These are some examples like: you, avengers, princess medieval times, knights, ninjas, and so much more!" You laugh when you see Loki look at you funny then back at the costumes.
He walks towards them and looks at them. "These are very well made but why do you wear them for? What is the point?" "To just dress up for a night and get candy." "Wait what is candy? In Asgard candy for us was fruit/nuts." You were about to have a heart attack for all the shocking new revolution about Loki. "OK your Asgard is advanced but not so advanced that they don't have candy! We have to fix this!" You grabbed hid hand and walked away from the costumes and towards an aisle with candy. You let go of his hand and waved your hand around. "Welcome trickster to the wonderfully world of candy!" He was in shocked both rows were filled to the brim with different kinds of candy. He looks around at all of the different candies and doesn't know what kind is good or where to start.
So he looks over at you with the biggest puppy eyes he can muster. "Y/n what do you suggest we get?" You were touched that he was asking you for advice,you thought about it. "I would suggest we start small and not so much chocolate. Since I figure you did say you never had chocolate before?" As you look over at him. He nods his head. She smiles I would suggest we start with Skittles and Rese's Peanut Butter Cups." You walk over to where the Recesses are and grab a couple, Skittles, and M&Ms. You walked back over to the cart and placed them in. "Ready to go home Loki?" "Yes after you my dear." You blushed but nods your head and lead him to the check out lane. You started to take out your credit card to pay but Loki puts his hand over yours. "No I got it my dear i'll use some or Tony's money finally." He laughs and you laugh and put the candy and decorations in bags while he pays. Once he does, you both travel back to the tower. Once there you set the bags down on the kitchen island. You both went around the common room and put up your Halloween decorations. Once you were left with the candy you held it out to Loki. "Which one would you like…." He was gone. You pouted but decided to search for him. You looked in his room not there in the common area nope the exercise room nope. Then decide to look at the libary. You went up to the second floor. Saw the light coming out of the room and the door ajar. You smiles and walked into the room to see Loki reading. You sat next to his feet. He turned the page "what is it darling?" "I was wondering where you went I turn around and your gone! I was going to share the candy with you." At that he perks up from his sitting position and looks at you. "Do you have the candy with you?" Loki asking eagerly. You laugh "yes I do!" You pull out the candy to show him and hand him the Recesses first. He takes a bite and moans from the sweetness. "This is amazing!" As he eats more. You are happy you introduced Loki to halloween and candy. You hand him the other piece he eats. Then you split the Skittles one. Until you hear a knock on the door Steve walks in to see you two eating candy. The polish Loki has chocolate on his face. "Are you two ready for practice…. what's going on here?" As he smirks. "Um nothin" you say "it doest look like nothing y/n." You sigh "I was teaching Loki about the Midgard holiday like Halloween. The wonderfulness of candy!" He starts laughing "you got candy on your face Loki. Better clean It up now before people see you." As he leaves the room. Loki quickly becomes nervous and cleans up as they walk to the practice room. "He's never gonna let me live that down is he?" You shake your head nope!"
