Summary
You’ve had a crush on Dean since you were eighteen. All it took was meeting him once to make your heart race and your stomach flutter.
No one forgets their first crush.
Despite Dean being your dad’s best friend, you didn’t meet him until after graduating high school, your dad saying something about how Dean isn’t the kind of guy you bring around your family or whatever. It doesn’t matter; you were hellbent on getting out of town and making your own name for yourself. Being the daughter of a single dad isn’t your legacy. His friend may be hot, but that’s not enough to keep you stuck in place.
Now, seven years and one failed engagement later, you're back at your dad’s place and in your childhood room “starting over.”
