Autumn Evenings

Summary:

Raven sits with Robin on an autumn evening

Work Text:

“Aren't you cold?”

Robin turned around to see Raven closing the door behind her as she wrapped her cloak tighter around her.

“No, I think it feels nice.”

Having quite a bit of reports and files to work on, Robin decided to work outside instead of feeling cooped up in his office. Fall was officially in full swing and now finally having cooler weather, he wanted to work on the roof without feeling like he was being fried alive.

“Well I think it’s freezing.” Raven said as she sat in the chair next to him.

“Maybe if you put on some pants that could easily change.” He teased.

“I have,” Raven pushed one leg out from the warm bounds of her cloak to show a leggings clad leg, “for your information.”

“It’s like sixty degrees-”

“With a breeze.” She interjected.

“Your demon blood really doesn't help you for a quarter of the year, huh?”

“No.” She grumbled and brought her feet up on the chair to concentrate her body heat more.

“I have a sweatshirt here if you want it.” Robin offered.

“Please?”

“Here.” Robin passed his dark blue sweatshirt that he brought with him but ended up not needing to Raven who happily took it.

She quickly unclasped her cloak which dropped around her waist, pulled on the extra layer, and wrapped her cloak back around herself.

Robin couldn't help but chuckle at the sight. “All better?”

“Much.” Raven sighed, snuggling in deeper. “Thank you.”

“Of course,” he paused and snickered, “little lizard.”

“Whatever.” She rolled her eyes with a smirk.
