One of the very first Disney movies that Yuu has ever seen was A Goofy Movie, thanks to their dad’s collection of old VHS tapes
It was one of the movies that made them fall in love with Disney, and with Disney songs in general
So, since there was still time before VDC starts and since they were already on a stage, Yuu decided to sing a few verses of their favorite song from the movie only for the lulz
After all, it’s only about a teenage boy doing a rudimentary concert on his school’s gym. It wasn’t a song about legendary adventures or world changing disasters, so Yuu didn’t believed it may cause such a big hassle like the others
Open up your eyes, take a look at me
Get the picture fixed in your memory
I’m driving by the rhythm by the beat of a hearts~
Unbeknownst to Yuu, they started to radiate a cheerful light that immediately got the attention of everyone there. Especially when the light took the form of cute little hearts
"Wow, so pretty~" Toby giggled at the light show he was experiencing
And I won’t stop until I start to stand out!
Hmm~, stand out!
Vil, like everyone else, had his beautiful eyes glued to Yuu and a knowing smirk adorned his perfect lips
"Hmph, silly potato. You’re already the most outstanding of them all" He said to himself, especially when Yuu managed to get all these potatoes to look at them
Some people settle for the typical thing
Living all their lives waiting in the wings
It ain’t a question of if, just a matter of time
Before I move to the front of the line~
"Yuu, be careful!" Epel called out, but it was too late as Yuu accidentally tripped over some wayward cables
But instead of everyone being disappointed, Yuu was instead met by an array of eager cheers and enthusiastic howls, all of them enjoying the impromptu show to its fullest
Smiling shyly, Yuu decided to give the people what they wanted and stood up proudly, somehow not having any scratch on themself
Once you watching every move that I make
You gotta believe that I got what it takes~
Yuu stumbled against a wayward hook, and it started to help them fly upwards but the prefect managed to maneuver gracefully above the crowd without trouble like if they were a professional
Just getting their audience more and more excited for more
To stand out above the crowd!
Even if I gotta shout out loud!

Yuu ended that last sentence with a playful wink, and it got everyone in the audience blushing and swooning over them
Adeuce started to sputter out like dying chickens due to embarrassment, Epel was as red as the apples he cultivated, Kalim fainted and a flustered Jamil had to catch him, Rook had a greedy glint in his eyes, Vil smirked knowingly once more
But he frowned when he saw that Neige and his dwarf sidekicks also had the same infatuated look directed right at Yuu, and he cursed at the prospect of having yet another rival for the Sweet Potato’s hand
And having to deal with another Royal Sword weirdo again
Meanwhile, Yuu had unhooked themself and was currently swarmed by an hoard of reporters, talent scouts and sponsors that all asked Yuu if they wanted to be the next biggest star in their company
Which needless to say, got Yuu very uncomfortable as they were only singing on a whim
So Vil ended up being their knight in shining armor as he managed to shoo the reporters away, making Yuu sigh with relief
"Thanks Vil. I don’t know how you and Neige can deal with them” Yuu sighed, and they received a gentle smile by Vil
"Of course Sweet Potato, although I desire a little compensation for my services..” Yuu gulped and what could those implications mean, but Vil just chuckled
"Don’t be surprised if you ever hear you becoming my next duet partner" Yuu wanted to ask what that meant, but Vil was already gone
The next week and after dealing with Vil’s Overblot, Yuu got an internet celebrity world wide because someone somehow managed to record Yuu’s impromptu show
Yuu was getting a headache of all the recommendation letters they were getting from endless entertainment companies until they all suddenly stopped coming ‘mysteriously’
(Cue the first year gang getting rid of any incoming letter, Azul blackmailing the company, the Ramshackle ghosts scaring away the scout, or Malleus burning the letters down)
Many of the cult members hunted down the sports club members in charge of setting up the purple stage for making their Great One trip down so shamefully, but also gushed of the possibility of seeing their God on an cute idol outfit
Crowley whined at Yuu rejecting all those sponsorships that may serve well to the school, but he shut up when thinking of being hunted down by Yuu’s friends, the cult and the rest of his charge’s simps
And now it seemed like Neige was Night Raven’s newest bug as he kept pestering Yuu out for calming walks down the forest to get closer to them
And Yuu being the nice person that they were of course couldn’t say no, plus they needed to get away from all of their friends’ shit
Overall, it seemed like Yuu stood out too much for their liking…
