That was why Hildegard couldn't say anything.
She would have to stay quiet.
There was no way Clio felt the same.
The black-haired girl sighed as she ate her sandwich.
"What's wrong, hildy?"
Her eyes drifted over to the brunette princess in pink. "Just have things on my mind is all."
Clio nodded. "You can tell me, though, we're best friends."
Hildegard bit the inside of her cheek. "I like girls."
She heard her friend laugh. "Me too! Especially you."
Her face flushed. "I like you too, Clio."
