UPDATE: With all of the lovely feedback I have gotten this will become chaptered... I'm gonna dive in I guess. I will modify the title when I add future chapters because it was meant to be a one-shot so I will have to rethink how that works.
This is a fic I felt compelled to try because I'm kinda trapped in Daemon's fucking head. (Probably not a good thing, this was incredibly difficult to write.) In my Dragonstone part of the series I gave Daemon some fond memories and this grew out of that moment.
In my other fics in this fandom Daemon is 16 years older than Rhaenyra (18) so he's 34-ish. If Rhaenyra is 12, he'd be 28.
If you've read my other works you know they DO NOT have sex until she's 18! But his faulty moral compass doesn't understand grooming, in fact he probably thinks it's acceptable. So this is backstory and a thought exercise from Daemon's POV. This will not be connected to the series because I don't want these tags to infect the age-of-consent fics.
