"Traditionally the Heart Curse has been used by married couples to make their union even stronger, and build a bond that connects not only their bodies but their souls as well. Usually cast 7 days before the wedding, allowing one half of the couple to feel what the other feels, experience each emotion together, and understand every facet of their being.
On the 7th day when they are married, they must consummate the wedding and complete the union of body and soul. During that exchange, the curse expands and engulfs the caster, and now they too lay bare their heart, letting their beloved in and sharing every part, good and bad, ugly and beautiful, weakness and strength, together."
