Work Text:
A squeak of rubber soles on the polish floor and panting breaths, Hyunjin took his time to dribble the ball in his hands, gaze seemingly far away and unfocused but his senses sharp and promising.
It was another one of those friendly matches between him and his friends, a 3 on 3. Chan, Minho and Han on the opposition and him, Jeongin and Kevin on his team.
"But you know, Felix really saved you from that cheater. You should thank him more." Chan says, eyes on the ball that was bouncing between Hyunjin's palm and the floor, hand spread wide, waiting for a perfect opportunity to attack, in which Hyunjin felt a strong surge of adrenaline rushing through his veins from the challenge.
They've talked about the same thing over and over again, and yet there they go again, running out breath while they discuss over the same thing.
"Yeah, I still didn't expect Seungmin would do that to you... That boy seemed sweet." Han chimed in, having a push and pull with Kevin.
"Well..." Hyunjin took that time to move forward, passing through Chan without hesitation seemingly going for the basket, having said male and Minho running after him as he anticipated, only to pass the ball to Jeongin who made a jump shot out of the three point line, successfully adding 3 more points in their team score.
Minho groaned, making all of them laugh as they collectively decided to take a short water break.
"I already have a clue about it, I... I don't know, I just don't have what it takes to confront Seungmin to it." He let out admittedly, cringing as he felt stupid with his own words.
"And that's why you are looked at as a fool." Added Minho, taking his water jug before having a huge gulp like a fish out of water for a long time.
"That's an unfair way of thinking, hyung. How come it was Hyunjin's fault for loving someone with all he has?" Jeongin defended him, trying his best to understand where Hyunjin was coming from even though in his little head, Hyunjin really is a foolish guy.
"It's hyung for you, kid." Adds Kevin who was wiping his neck with a towel. Jeongin huffed, pouting. "And there really wasn't anything wrong about that. What's wrong is that he just let it happen. He just watched while his boyfriend cheated in front of his face, something only a really stupid person would allow."
"Please, why are you talking like you haven't known Hyunjin for a long time? You know how naive he can be, of course he'll just let it slide." Grumbled Jisung, which had Hyunjin rolling his eyes because of how true it was.
It's not that he's a fool thirsty for love or anything, but he can't seem to take the idea of hurting someone. He'd rather be hurt than hurt others.
It's both a flaw and a quirk he wished he could change.
"Can you guys stop talking like I wasn't here? I can hear all the slander, just so you know. At least be a little more considerate with my feelings." Hyunjin chimed, drawing laughter from his friends.
With some pats on his shoulder, the game continued. Hyunjin's team won with a huge gap of 15 points.
"When will I ever beat the crap out of Hyunjin?" Han whined, stomping his feet like a child. "I only experience winning when I'm in your team too! Say, who did you sell your soul to?"
Hyunjin chuckled, throwing a towel towards Jisung's direction that went straight to his face, making his laughter grow.
"Hyunjin..."
They were all caught off guard as they saw Seungmin coming their way. The other looked so thin and frail, like he hadn't slept for years.
Hyunjin found himself searching, but there was no bitterness in him as he finally got to see his ex again after almost four months of no communication and clear avoidance towards each other. As for the captain, he didn't care much, really. They pass each other in the hallways, and like before, Changbin would shoot him daggers, Hyunjin would ignore, and that's it. What happened to the four of them didn't really go out in public. Surprisingly, no one ever knew aside from his circle of friends and the other two who —he will assume— were too embarrassed to even think about it.
Seeing Seungmin now after all of that, he'll even say it was kind of refreshing, as he can now confirm that he's no longer hung up on the latter or anything that got something to do with the other boy.
And like a flash of lightning, an angel with freckles and his bright smile came to his mind and he fought the urge to smile.
Everyday felt light knowing he has Felix in his life now, crazy how it all started like a blur of a dream, and now they're moving forward at a steady pace.
"Kim Seungmin." Hyunjin greeted in a neutral tone, making the said boy wince.
"Can we- can we please talk?" Seungmin reached out for Hyunjin's hand and Hyunjin didn't feel anything with that touch, adding more sense of relief to his end.
"Can you not touch my boyfriend as you please? I'm the only one who's got the right to do that." Felix's voice resonated inside the closed court making Hyunjin's eyes fly so fast in his direction, with a grin slowly curving in his lips as he saw his little angel in a white flowy dress that hugs his body perfectly, showing some skin in all the right places.
He looks breathtakingly gorgeous.
Felix walked his way with a cock to his hips and stopped directly in front of Hyunjin, "Excuse you." The younger hissed, pulling Hyunjin's hand where it was squeezed inside Seungmin's grip and placing it in the small of his waist instead, where the taller pressed his palm almost around his waist to pull him closer. "You may leave now." He even added, shooing Seungmin away with a wave of his hand.
The aforementioned boy scowled, clearing his throat to compose himself and not let the embarrassment eat away at him. "I'll talk to you some other time, Hyunjin." The other muttered nonchalantly.
"He won't, but sure. You can keep dreaming." Felix rolled his eyes, "Just leave, please. Take care on your way out." The shorter one waved his hand.
Seungmin huffed, retreating anyway as he knows there's no point in trying when Felix is there to be a huge hindrance.
Felix watched until Seungmin disappeared, puffing out a deep sigh before turning into Hyunjin with a small pout. Hyunjin felt like melting.
"You cutie," the taller pinched his nose, making the younger blonde scrunch it up.
"Uhm," Han cleared his throat, effectively getting both their attention, "We're also here, you know?" The squirrel boy perked up a brow, drawing laughter from the others.
That made the younger pull away from Hyunjin's hold, turning around to meet eyes with everyone. "Hello, team!" Felix beamed, mood lifting up as a smile rose up from his lips. It made a bitter taste weigh in Hyunjin's tongue for some reason he couldn't understand. "I know, actually. And I'm here to invite you all to eat. I've cooked Hyun lunch, but I've figured I should just make lunch for all of you since you all might be hungry." He even added sweetly, earning loud cheering from the group of tired and hungry dogs.
"Felix, you wanna forget about Hyunjin and just be with me instead?" Jisung grabbed Felix's hand and hugged it tightly in his chest, earning laughter from everyone, including Felix.
Little did they know a certain someone wasn't having fun at all.
It was normal, harmless flirting between the two. It really didn't mean anything, as Jisung is with Minho and they are pretty serious about their relationship, having been dating since highschool then cohabitating in college, plus Felix is with him.
It's just entertainment for the group, yet somehow, Hyunjin couldn't find it in him to laugh along with them.
Hyunjin wasn't the type to be all possessive and jealous. If anything, he'd always want to make his partners comfortable, hence having a rather loose hold on them, allowing them to do what they want, then resort to having a calm discussion had it happened that something makes him feel uncomfortable, and his friends know this too. Perhaps, too well, that's why when he pulled Felix to his side, brushing Jisung's hand off from the younger one, everyone was shell-shocked, looking at him with perplexion like he suddenly grew horns, and a pair of dark wings.
Hyunjin wanted to apologize, but decided to just play it cool instead.
"Let's go, I'm hungry." He says, bending down to get his bag under the bench, then dragging Felix out of the gym.
—
He knew he made a mistake acting out of impulse in front of his friends. They'd done nothing the whole lunch but to get Felix's attention, praising him about his great cooking skills, complementing his cute face, asking him questions and other more irritating things that got something in Hyunjin boiling in dangerously high temperature.
They want to rile him up, and it's working.
His friends were teasing him, enjoying his reactions with every silly antics they pull but god forbid, he doesn't snap Jisung's wrist in two with how much his hand skates over Felix skin.
He'd noticed that Felix is naturally a touchy person and a cuddle bug, and the same goes with Jisung when he gets comfortable with people.
Since they'd figured they're born almost the same day, Jisung had been so hyped up about it. They became pretty close over time. They refer to each other as 'twin' and seeks for each other's company, that's why it was no surprise when they also sat beside each other on the other side of the table, sharing banter and teasing one another.
It was cute, seeing Felix all excited and silly, but he couldn't appreciate it at the moment.
Hyunjin could only let out a sigh, trying his best to ignore that gnawing feeling of displeasure stirring in his stomach with every smile that Felix does that weren't directed to him. He can't blame his friends for trying to get his attention though, can he? Felix really is just a beautiful person, especially when he smiles and his eyes turns up into cute crescents. He's also the kindest sweetheart there is to exist under all the snarkiness and arched eyebrows. So really, who can blame them?
And as though on cue, the smaller male turned his head towards his direction and gave him the sweetest smile, sending Hyunjin a wink, effectively drawing a small grin across the taller raven-haired's face, then the other turned back to talking with Jeongin who also seemed to have taken a liking to Felix.
Damn, he really got himself a lot of competition, didn't he?
The brief interaction between the two was enough to make the crease in Hyunjin's forehead disappear, and unfortunately, for his friends to notice the change in his facial expressions.
"Ahem," Kevin cleared his throat beside him, nudging his side lightly with his elbow. "Whipped." The other teased, drawing quiet chuckles from Chan and Minho.
"Fuck off." Hyunjin rolled his eyes, kicking the other one's leg from under the table.
Not long after that, Hyunjin had also been distracted, having been engaged in a conversation about sports and other stuff with the three older male, until he heard something that caught his attention once again.
"You remove it then," Jisung smirked, raising a challenging brow towards Felix as he snapped his head up to put the bead of rice on the corner of his mouth more accessible for Felix to wipe away, while Jeongin was squirming and covering his eyes, giggling beside them. The notion got the taller's eyebrows pressing together in a straight line.
"You just want a kiss from me, baby, just admit it." Felix said flirtatiously, his fingers going under Jisung's chin.
"Get to work then." Jisung closed his eyes, making Felix chuckle as he leaned forward with his lips pouted.
"Lixie, that's enough." Before he could even think about it, the words had already escaped his mouth, rolling from his tongue with the most domineering tone he didn't know he had in him. The words came out so heavily that everyone on the table seemed to have stopped moving and breathing all together.
Felix glances at him from across the table with furrowed forehead and a confused look written on his face.
Hyunjin's hardened face gradually softened, realizing what he had just done. He wanted to apologize. The guilt had washed over him in big waves, and it was so awful . But before he could even open his mouth, a melodious sound of gentle laughter had already beat him to it. All eyes that were looking at him with shock and disbelief a moment ago, now staring into Felix with confusion instead.
For a reason unbeknownst to them, Jeongin started laughing along too, the sounds so contagious that everyone on the table had also began wheezing out laughter like they had just heard the funniest thing in the world. Even Jisung is laughing, albeit a tad bit nervously, except Hyunjin with a baffled expression written across his features.
"I can't believe you actually have it in you to be this jealous, Jin." Chan muses, failing at trying to suppress his laughter, "it's truly fascinating to see."
"And a bit scary." Added Jeongin.
"True. You look like you're about to chew Jisung alive then spit him out." Chimed Kevin, stabbing his broccoli with his fork, feeding it to Chan who didn't even hesitate to eat the evil veggie.
"I'm not." He denies, his face being all hard and steady, almost believable if only the reddening tips of his ears doesn't give him away.
"You're not?" He didn't even realize Felix had been standing next to him until he heard him whisper in his ears, casually taking a seat in his lap, like it has always been his place to take. "Then let me go back to Sungie and give him a kiss." He says, "that's okay, hyung, right?" He asked Minho, who just chuckled and gave him a thumbs up like Felix is just asking for candy and not a make-out session with his long term boyfriend.
Everyone is whipped for his baby, and it's already becoming a huge pain in Hyunjin's ass.
"Stay still." He demands, arms wrapping around Felix's middle tightly, instilling him in his place before the younger could even plant his heels back to the ground.
Felix giggled, locking his arms around Hyunjin's neck. "Sexy," he enunciated, pulling Hyunjin to plant a quick kiss on the side of his mouth.
"I hate couples." Jeongin groaned, having been watching them from the far side of the table.
"That's a pity then." Says Chan, casually drinking on his tea like he didn't just make Jeongin a blushing mess.
"Lord Jesus, I hate you." The younger mumbled under his teeth, covering his crimson face with his hands.
"That's not what you said to me last night though."
And that's what sends everyone into a chaos. Interrogation has started, questions have bombarded the two while Hyunjin and Felix are just laughing along and listening to their friends bicker.
"Baby, I'm sorry." Hyunjin let out in a low voice with his chin resting on Felix's shoulder while he hugged the blonde's small frame, amidst all the chaos.
He only got a little scratch in the head in return, "It's okay," he says, "It's actually kinda hot. You should be mad more often." He muses, making Hyunjin roll his eyes.
"You're insufferable." He bit the younger's shoulder lightly, making him giggle. Hyunjin grinned, "Let's go out tonight."
"Like a date?" The younger asked, craning his neck, so he could meet Hyunjin's eyes, their noses almost touching.
Hyunjin chuckled, bumping his nose with Felix then brushing it softly, "Yeah. A date."
Felix smiled sweetly and Hyunjin thought he could get lost in those eyes forever.
—
"Uhm, hello, oppa, are you alone? Do you want to, perhaps, join me and my friends?"
Hyunjin snapped his head up from his phone. This is the third time since he got there 15 minutes ago that someone came up to him, asking for his name and number or just straight up hitting on him. It was getting kind of annoying, but Hyunjin still gave the woman a kind smile and politely shook his head, "No, thank you. I'm actually waiting for someone."
"Aww, that's a pity then." The other girl in the group of girls, pouted.
"Who, your girlfriend?" The first girl asked, nosy.
Hyunjin almost laughed. Bold of her to assume he'll ever consider having a girlfriend.
"Then maybe we could just accompany you while you wait for them. We could just talk." The one with the long hair insisted, fluttering her eyelashes in hopes of charming him.
"Uh…" Hyunjin's eyes roamed around the place, exhaling softly as he finally spotted Felix's familiar figure entering the establishment, honey orbs scanning around as though searching for him as well. Their eyes locked, and Felix's beautiful smile had graced over the place, blessing his heart with a nice feeling of warmth spreading through his chest. Heads are already turning to his direction as he was sporting a nice tennis skirt, brown fluffy sweater with an open neckline, and a good 5 inches high-heeled boots. Felix looks so damn beautiful that some even stop what they were doing, some mid-step, just to stare at him. "No need. My baby's here, I'm sorry." Hyunjin ran his hand through his hair, greeting Felix with a wide grin as he welcomed him with an open arm.
"Did you wait long?" Asked Felix, pecking his cheek lightly.
"No, not really."
"He's… uhh." The nosy girl let out in a hushed tone, "Argh, let's just go." She says, stomping her feet as she walks away. Her little group follows closely behind, throwing the two men weird looks before disappearing into view.
"Don't listen, they're just jealous you look stunning." Hyunjin says, brushing Felix's cheeks with the back of his hand.
"They were hitting on you, weren't they?" The younger asked, brows pinched into a straight line.
"Let's just say they were asking for something." Was his immediate response, taking Felix's hand in his. "Anyway, it doesn't matter. You look especially beautiful tonight, like you do everyday. Let's not let them ruin our date. They don't matter."
"Okay," Felix nods, face turning up a pretty shade of pink as he turns around to the ticket booth.
"So cute." Hyunjin whispered to himself, catching up to Felix with just a few long strides.
The movie went well.
Well, to be honest, Hyunjin couldn't tell. He deemed Felix's face more enticing than what's playing on the screen. He found it immensely adorable as Felix sniffled subtly, trying to hold back the tears while he clung to Hyunjin's arm.
It was so hard for him to not pinch Felix's cheeks and shower him with kisses the entire time.
"So, where to?" Felix asked after a moment of silence while Hyunjin drove, one hand on the wheel, one holding Felix's hand over the console.
"We're almost there." Was the older's only reply, and true to his word, pulling over just as soon. Helping Felix get down from the car, which the latter only murmured his thanks.
"Oh." The younger one let out as he gasped, realizing where they were as they walked down the footpath of the university's back gate.
"Have you been to the school's greenhouse?" Asked Hyunjin with enthusiasm lacing in his voice.
"I uh… yeah, when I was a freshman." The younger admitted rather impishly, a nervous grin playing at the corners of his lips.
"Cool," Hyunjin grinned, "You'll like it even more now. It's got nothing much back then, but I've done some things in the past years, so it's more comfortable to spend time there now. It's my quiet place."
He guided Felix at the greenhouse at the University gardens, thankful that aside from the main gate, the back gate's security was rather loose, so the students could sneak in whenever. For what reason you ask? He doesn't know. There's various of reasons why students sneak in and out of the school grounds, and as for Hyunjin, it's to go to the greenhouse. It was his safe haven.
Hyunjin flicked a switch up, and all the lights inside the perimeter swam across the room, flooding the place with warm lights, surprising Felix with the nice view of different variations of plants and flowers surrounding them, all in order and visibly attended.
"Wow," Felix audibly gasped, seeing the changes in the greenhouse that Hyunjin took pride in.
Hyunjin helped him sit down in one of the chairs in the middle of all the greeneries, taking lounge beside him closely. "Did you like it?"
"I do," Felix nods, eyes still wide in awe. "It's so different from what I remembered."
"Yeah, I made some changes. Since no one really likes to take care of this place, I personally asked the dean if he could let me manage this instead, and he said it was fine. So I made some renovations, had a table set-up and a small shelf with a cabinet at the corner where I could put my things just in case I needed them. Plus, I love to read, so that works really well for me." He said enthusiastically while Felix let his eyes roam around to see what he was talking about. Everything was neatly arranged, from the hanging plants to the one planted on the pots down to those on the flower beds. Hyunjin took really good care of the place that it also became warm and cozy like an actual home.
"I didn't know you have a keen liking for plants." The shorter one let out in a daze, as a fond smile shadowed over his face.
"Well, not really." Hyunjin confessed, eyes darting outside the opened glass window panels, watching as the moon got blanketed by grey clouds, "I'm just taking care of them for the meantime while the person who's truly in charge of them comes home."
"In charge?"
"Yeah, there's this person who takes care of them before. Unfortunately, they had to go some place else, so I took it upon myself to care for the greenhouse while they're away."
"I-I see." Felix averted his gaze.
"It's actually a funny story how I found this place." Hyunjin's lips curved into a nice smile as memories came flashing back to him. Felix on the other hand, just hummed, nodding his head as he thought the smile on his boyfriend's face was beautiful.
"Could you tell me?"
"Hm, well, I was running away from my chem prof-"
"You tried to run away?" Felix gasped cutely, "You? A star student?"
"Hey, I get tired too, you know? Who said star student's can't feel such things?" He says defensively.
Felix giggled, endeared by Hyunjin's silliness. He reached out to press a quick peck on Hyunjin's pouting lips. Satisfied as it presently disappeared, replaced with a suppressed grin.
"One more." The taller demanded, and Felix was more than happy to oblige, pulling the taller male by his collar to give him the most gentle kiss. Hyunjin's hand curled at the side of Felix's neck, guiding the shorter one's head to tilt to the side, so he could go deeper. His tongue passing over the seams of Felix's mouth, finding that wet muscle to take it for a dance.
He felt Felix's little hand taking purchase of his raven locks, getting more comfortable, he didn't even realize his younger boyfriend was already sitting on his lap, straddling him. The hem of his skirt riding high up in his thighs, allowing Hyunjin a nice amount of soft flesh to knead.
The gentle atmosphere shifted drastically, the heat buoyant in the air as he started to work his way down to Felix's jaw, giving one hard suck at his pulse that made his sunshine moan. The grip on his hair tightened as Felix let out the most beautiful sound he'd ever heard. Though he wanted to do all sorts of things to his boyfriend at that very moment, Hyunjin mustered all restraint he had in his body to move away, earning cute whines from the boy in his lap.
"So as I was saying," He continued, in which Felix pouted in return. Hyunjin chuckled, squeezing the small of Felix's back as his thumb skates up and down on the smooth skin, his hand unconsciously slipping inside the blonde's sweaters, drawing shivers. "The original plan was to sleep in the gym, but the team was there for practice, so I went to the garden instead to hunt for a quiet place to stay. But I think dribbling a ball in soft soil wasn't really a good idea? It bumped into a stone, I guess, then it went out of hand, flying across the line of trees." He proceeds, "I didn't even know we had a greenhouse here. I just knew when I followed the path the ball went through, guiding me to this place where I first met a cutie."
He remembered that day so vividly like it only happened yesterday, how he found this said greenhouse that was known to only a handful of people, and the smiley kid who loves plants and flowers that takes care of them.
Back then said boy was still a bit fluffier looking, had a brace and was a really shy kid. But he was kind enough to offer Hyunjin tea that he made himself, with a sweet smile written in his face even a bit hesitant, and Hyunjin agreed without a word as he followed the freckled boy inside. He figured having company in his little escapade wouldn't be too bad, and that's how he found himself going in the greenhouse whenever he's free; sometimes to study, or just do nothing. He doesn't mind the sunshine boy for company since he found the shorter one's presence comforting.
Most times, they do nothing together, just basking in each other's presence while Felix tends to his plants. Though there's also those moments where they engage in conversations about nothing and everything in particular, or sometimes Hyunjin would just listen while the other talks about his plants, how they are, what they're for and things Hyunjin didn't know he will get to put into use eventually as after just over a month of knowing each other and frequenting the greenhouse, he just found himself holding a letter one day, basically about why his great companion needs to leave right before the semester break. He'd left him a page long letter about all sorts of things, yet he never told him his name.
He signed the letter with 'F', and Hyunjin simply assumed it was because he often calls him freckles, but that boy also calls him blonde, so that's about that.
Hyunjin was a bit disappointed about the boy suddenly leaving, but it's not like he can do anything about it either. It's a pity he didn't even get to know his name. He's dumb for spending time with the freckled boy but never asking for his name. He thought it will just flow out eventually since they were both dumb then. He was anxious to ask, and surely, the little angel was too shy to commence a proper introduction.
It was all fun, being in their own bubble while they use all types of ridiculous pet names to address one another.
But who would've thought he would not only get the chance to know that angel's name, but also be bestowed upon the opportunity to be said angel's lover?
Crazy how after all those tangos, and ocean that had them separated, they still found themselves back in that place, tangled in each other's warmth.
Felix's breath audibly hitched, eyes widening as he stared at Hyunjin who only looked at him with an emotion he couldn't make out, as it both looked sad and overjoyed.
"You-"
"Yeah, not for long, but I did figure out some time ago." Hyunjin confessed, brushing Felix's cheek softly with his free hand.
"B-but how? I was so fat and ugly then. You didn't even know my name-"
"Shhh," the taller interjects, "You were never ugly. You've always been this cute little ball of sunshine, and that didn't change. I may not have recognized you right away, but this feeling of odd familiarity was always there." He smiled kindly towards Felix, wiping away the tears that had began to fall from the other's eyes. "It's like I've known you for so long, and now I know why."
"H-how?" Still, the younger inquired, unbelieving of what's being said to him.
Hyunjin pinched his nose, "Your appearance may have changed; you're more gorgeous now and you love yourself more, but you're always the same guy I know who loves plants, murdering said plants to make tea and cook meals for other people-"
"Hey!" Felix gave him a light slap in the shoulder, sobbing as tears gently rolled down from his eyes, in which Hyunjin was more than happy to kiss away.
"I'm kidding," He chuckled, "But you do cook them sometimes, especially those that were out in the garden." His laughter increased in volume as he saw a pout took a home in his boyfriend's lips. "But I think you already know where I'm going. You changed physically, but you're still the same cute boy who offered me tea, and welcomed me in his comfort space, even not knowing what kind of person I am. You have to understand that those small things you did for me back then are too special for me, precious, to just forget and let go."
The gentle streams of tears that were falling from Felix's eyes before promptly turned into a storm as the other started to cry like a cute little baby in his arms. Hyunjin hugged him tightly in his embrace, caressing his back in a soothing way as he whispered sweet nothings in the younger's ear, while he buried his face in Hyunjin's shoulder.
"Are you done crying?" Hyunjin asked after a while, hearing Felix's loud sobbing piped down into soft sniffles, while making circles with his thumb on his boyfriend's back.
"Yes, I-I'm okay." He sniffled, earning warm chuckles from the other as he brushed the tears away. "I'm sorry for leaving without a word." He says, another set of tears pooling at the corners of his eyes.
"You have nothing to apologize," Hyunjin retorted in utmost sincerity, "You left me a letter and a full container of homemade cookies, how am I supposed to hold something negative against you?" He let out jokingly, making a smile curve from the sides of Felix's mouth.
"Yeah, you'll be damn stupid to even complain."
"As you said."
Then there came silence.
It's not the awkward type, but the kind of silence they used to share when they were in the same space as they did before. There were no words, but there were them.
Hyunjin's arms around Felix tightened, his heart beating erratically while he inhaled a lungful of the blonde's sweet floral scent.
"Welcome back, freckles." Hyunjin says after a while, kissing Felix in the forehead, in his cheeks, in his nose and his chin.
Felix's watery giggles filled the space between them, and Hyunjin's heart felt calm.
Felix pressed forward, capturing Hyunjin's lips perfectly with his. They kissed so softly, he almost felt like he's floating in cloudnine.
"I'm back, Mr. Longlegs." Felix smiled, they're foreheads resting with each other, their noses brushing.
"I hate when you call me that," Hyunjin groaned, making Felix squeeze out small laughter.
"How unfortunate, I … -u though." The younger sing-songs in a quiet murmur, getting up from Hyunjin's lap, not minding fixing his rolled up skirt as he walks across the room, in the direction of his favorite chrysanthemums that Hyunjin took so much care about.
Hyunjin froze. Feeling like his breathing was growing shortly as the words sank deep within the cracks in his soul, "Wh-what?" He asked dumbly, eyes widened as he watched Felix's retreating figure.
It is what he thinks it was right?
"I said you're a dummy."
He didn't believe it, yet a smile still cracked up from his lips. There is no rush. He had all the time to figure out, both his own feelings, and his little angel's.
There is no rush.
