Summary
For as long as he could remember, Wilbur has been enthralled by the surface world and those who live on it. He wasn't quite sure why. Perhaps it was because of how different their way of life was. Or maybe it was the fascinating trinkets they dropped in the ocean. Whatever it was, Wilbur has dreamed his entire life of being human, even if it were just for one day. Then, everything changes one night when Wilbur rescues a young Prince Quackity from drowning. Now, he is determined to join the prince on the surface world, no matter what the cost.
