In this AU, Risotto Nero and his squadra are struggling avant-garde artists - Italian expats living in Paris. The most accomplished among them is the poet Solido Naso, a genius with whom Risotto forms a close friendship. And then, one day, Solido introduces him to his enigmatic new wife Doppia… But just who - or what - is this woman?
This is part murder mystery, part psychological thriller and part supernatural horror story… or it is one of those things. Or none of them. You’ll have to listen to this confession and decide for yourself.
Please note that this work is heavily based on my translation of the 1914 Portuguese novel "A Confissao de Lucio" by Mario de Sa-Carneiro, rewritten and adapted to the JoJoverse.
