Jaehyun woke up to the sound of pots and pans falling.
Ah, Sunwoo.
He quickly figured out by the lack of a body straddling him and the mess coming from the kitchen that Sunwoo was the responsible for all the noise.
He stretched like a cat, taking up all the space in the bed he usually shared with his boyfriend. With a tired whimper, he finally stood up to start making the bed and check on his boyfriend. Jaehyun saw himself in the mirror, puffy eyes indicating a good sleep, his messy curls falling on his forehead (he finally let them free after a lot of convincing from his boyfriend), he laughed at the bandaids on his neck. A normal one, another one from cars, and the last one from some kid’s cartoon he didn't know. It was quite adorable how Sunwoo patched him up after feeding, even though it wasn’t necessary since the teeth wounds weren’t too deep, he took it as some kind of aftercare and Jaehyun wouldn’t complain about his boyfriend taking care of him.
Just when he was done fixing the bed, his boyfriend entered the room with a tray of food. He caught the disappointment on his face when he saw him awake, “How come you’re awake this early? I wanted to surprise you” Sunwoo said with a remarkable pout on his face, as he did every time his plans didn’t go as expected.
“Well certain someone was making too much noise and woke me up” Jaehyun replied with a smile as his boyfriend left the tray on their nightstand, he grabbed Sunwoo by the waist and pulled him in a hug to give him a good morning kiss. Sunwoo only pulled away from the kiss to make his boyfriend sit on their bed and give him the tray with the breakfast he made. Sunwoo wasn’t very good at cooking, he didn’t have to cook for himself so he never actually learned to do it unless someone taught him to do a specific food. One of those foods was french toast, Jaehyun’s favorite. He had actually taught Sunwoo how to make them when they started dating, on one of their first mornings together Jaehyun made breakfast for himself but he caught his boyfriend staring too much at his food, turns out Sunwoo has a taste for cinnamon.
It was quite funny the way Jaehyun was sitting in the bed eating quietly with Sunwoo next to him staring hard with his characteristical round brown eyes. It was too early in the morning for Jaehyun to function properly so he didn’t notice the staring until a couple of minutes went by as he zoned out eating. “It’s really good” he mentioned, Sunwoo smiled at the compliment but nothing more. Jaehyun was checking a mental list to remind himself of what his boyfriend possibly wanted. Morning kiss? Done, praise? Done. Hmm.
“You’re hungry?” Sunwoo nodded eagerly. Jaehyun didn’t mind being his boyfriend’s food source, he wouldn’t want it any other way but even after dating for so long Sunwoo was still too shy to ask him when he needed to eat. Jaehyun put the tray with food on the nightstand next to him and gave a slight slap on his thighs, gesturing for Sunwoo to sit there. It was their usual position, having Sunwoo on his lap with his legs surrounding his waist as he fed off his neck, pretty convenient.
Sunwoo sat down on his lap, as usual. His shorts rode up his thighs as he wrapped his legs around his boyfriend’s waist. He started by giving kitten licks to the chosen spot, he never fed off the same spot in case it would be more painful for his boyfriend. All Jaehyun would do is play with his boyfriend’s hair as he did what he had to do, he could feel Sunwoo almost purring on his lap from the comfort of the situation. Jaehyun felt the slight sting of the bite when the fangs penetrated the sensitive skin of his neck. Once Sunwoo was set, he reached for the tray and went back to eating. He had gotten used to the pain, it wasn’t bad and it was barely even there after a while. He was able to keep eating comfortably as his boyfriend also drank his blood comfortably, it was nice that Sunwoo always made sure that he ate a big meal so he wouldn’t feel weak. How could Jaehyun complain about his vampire boyfriend? He gave him delicious meals, placed cute bandaids on his neck, and became the most adorable man when he was feeding. Sunwoo was seriously purring on Jaehyun’s lap after the minute of feeding, it was amazing how pliant he became.
By the time Jaehyun finished his breakfast, he felt that Sunwoo was also done with his. Feeling the kitten licks again around the spot where he was feeding off, Sunwoo mentioned it helped with the healing or something along those lines but in all honesty, Jaehyun couldn’t care less, it felt nice, he enjoyed it. Sunwoo pulled back with stained red lips and flushed cheeks, his pupils became dilated like a playful cat, the usual effects after feeding. He grabbed a bandaid from the pocket of his shorts and placed it at the top of the wound.
“How are you feeling?” He asked his boyfriend, he always did.
“I’m okay, the breakfast helped so thank you” there was suddenly a big proud smile plastered on Sunwoo’s face. There was always a bit of worry after feeding, he had learned how to control himself but there was always the fear of drinking too much and hurting Jaehyun. But the worry disappeared after checking on his boyfriend. Jaehyun found Sunwoo particularly adorable after feeding, he would get what he called “vampire zoomies” which consisted of Sunwoo being impossibly clingy, energetic, and sometimes horny.
“We should get up, I have to go to the office later” Bad time to mention leaving his boyfriend’s side for even a second. Sunwoo looked him in the eye and furrowed his eyebrows, looking as outraged as ever, as he had said he was going to kill a puppy. For Sunwoo it feel like that, he needed all the attention possible at the moment how was it possible that his boyfriend had other plans? Deep down he understood, but he wasn’t thinking rationally, he just wanted to cuddle and be babied by his boyfriend. He clung to him like a koala and hid his face in the crevice of his neck, shaking his head in denial like it would make a difference.
Sunwoo started nipping at his boyfriend’s neck, leaving wet kisses on every patch of skin he could reach. Jaehyun let himself enjoy his boyfriend’s clinginess for a moment. Sunwoo moved up from his neck to directly attack his boyfriend’s lips. Jaehyun caressed Sunwoo’s thighs softly, hands moving up and down while Sunwoo kissed him hard, tongues clashing with each other. The kissing continued with Sunwoo wanting more and more, grinding on Jaehyun’s lap looking for relief.
Jaehyun broke the kiss, Sunwoo tried to kiss him back but instead, his boyfriend left a soft kiss on his cheek which made him give up. Sunwoo whined annoyed as he threw himself to lie down next to his boyfriend. Jaehyun laughed at him, thinking about how needy he got after feeding. He laid down next to Sunwoo and started peppering kisses all over his face, all over his cheeks, nose, and forehead, not missing one spot, making sure Sunwoo didn’t feel rejected but that he felt all the love Jaehyun had for him. It worked since Sunwoo was now giggling below his boyfriend, blushing cheeks from suddenly feeling shy. Jaehyun grabbed Sunwoo’s face, pressing his cheeks together making his lips into an adorable pout, and gave him a quick kiss before finally standing up.
“I’ll take care of you when I come back,” Jaehyun said with a wink, making Sunwoo’s heart skip a beat. God, he was so in love with his human.
