Work Text:
Aether watched as Lumine devoured yet another chocolate bar. “Don’t you think that’s enough?”
“Nope.”
“It’s supposed to be for the kids. Remember?”
“What kids do you see?” She dug through the candy bowl. “They’re lazy nowadays. Don’t want to walk the block for the treat, or they show up not dressed as anything.”
“You sound old.”
“You sound boring. ‘Sides, it’s past their bedtime, so—You had King Sized ones?!” She brandished the giant candy bar.
He wrestled it away.
“Stop! I’m an adult. I can make these poor life choices!”
“Think of the children!”
“I don’t want to!”
