Halloween was an excuse for parties at Moperville U.
Granted, most things were excuses for parties, including the end of midterms, the end of finals, the various regular school breaks, major birthdays, the release of long-awaited movies, unexpected local discounts on alcohol, and Arbor Day.
The Great Moperville Arbor Day Rager was a thing of legend.
Elliot and Susan go out to a party on Halloween. The rest of the crew stays in. And while nothing momentous happens, it is still weirdly eventful, in its own way.
