Junior Undersecretary Tom Riddle is delighted when his realtor admits that the last owners of the property he's decided to purchase were found dead in their home. Mm, he loves a house with such charming character.
Less than 24 hours after moving into the house, Tom is less delighted when it becomes obvious that something seeped in darkness is haunting the hallways and taking issue with his presence. Unacceptable. He's supposed to be the most malevolent aura in his own home
After two weeks of a cold war between him and this mysterious presence, Tom certainly didn't expect to come face-to-face with a black-horned, green eyed demon when he discovered his opponent. Harry, as the demon reluctantly names himself, is full of a contradictory mix of intoxicating power, righteous fury, and off-balancing softness. The more they interact, the more Tom wants him. Wants to help Harry with his revenge. Wants Harry's power. Wants Harry's attention. Wants Harry to stay once he's fulfilled what he's come to the mortal plane to accomplish.
It'll take some convincing, but Tom Riddle is quite proficient at getting what he wants. Ask anyone.
