    On that peaceful June afternoon, the only noises to be heard miles around were birds cheerfully singing in the distance and the sound of the river water sloshing. The sun was high in the sky, the air was warm. In the middle of the river, there was a wooden boat. On it were three young people, three childhood friends, basking in the sun on its deck.
