Party For Dumb, Dying Idols.

Summary:

Mitsuba is a indie singer who isn’t into parties, talking or relationships. However, his friend Nene Yashiro invites him to a party hosted by Aoi Akane. He of course tossed the invite in the trash but something inside him told him “This might not be so bad!”. Boy was he in for a night.

Chapter 1: Same Sad Routine.

Chapter Text

Sigh. It had been a long day for Mitsuba. The bus he was riding was stuck in traffic so it took him forever to get back to the motel he lived at, He hasn’t ate all day and to make things worst, he woke up his head a mess. He was just about ready to sleep until he got a text from none other than, Nene Yashiro. The text went something like:

[Mitsuba?]
[Mitsuba!!]
[Oh wait you’re probably sleeping. Well you know my friend Aoi right? She hosting a party and I was wondering-]

Mitsuba had never shut off his phone so fast. He didn’t wanna go, but he considered it. Mitsuba then went to his refrigerator to find something to eat. Maybe cereal? Or noodles or something. But all he found were these ice cream sandwich’s in the freezer. It’ll do, as long as he doesn’t starve he doesn’t care.
He sat in a chair at his empty table in a mildly lit room. This was his life. Just waking up, being a singer, going back on a bus and going home. Mitsuba was thinking about that party, non stop while eating that ice cream sandwich. After he finished eating he went to his room and fell asleep.

Mitsuba’s alarm went off. A new day , same pattern. He got dressed wearing a red flannel over a button up white long sleeved shirt. He went to his bathroom and brushed his hair and teeth. His phone then went off, that was his alarm telling him to pick up the his pace and leave that motel.

He got on the bus, paid the fee and sat in his favorite seat. This seat was a seat in the back of the bus right by a window. He pulled in his headphones and stared out the window as the bus drifted away from the bus stop. At the next stop he noticed someone was coming to the back to sit with him.

This person had blonde hair, blue eyes and pointy teeth. “Hello!” The person waved with a smile. Mitsuba didn’t say anything. He just stared at the guy. Mitsuba then moved away from him. “Not the conversation type? Are you ok did something happen? You have this dead look in your eyes, is that normal?” Mitsuba then stared at his phone as the boy tried to talk to him. “Well that’s normal when you live around a bunch of dead people.” Mitsuba said bluntly.

The bus then stopped. This is it, the start of Mitsuba’s average day. “Hey! Before you go, what’s your name?” The boy asked. Mitsuba then stopped to give him a death stare, then got off the bus. Now let’s get this show on the road.
