   Summary

   Amy returns to Little Planet to meet up with Sonic on the anniversary of the day they first met- a tradition the two have shared since the beginning of their friendship. Except this year when she arrives, she finds Eggman and Metal Sonic rummaging around one of the long abandoned factions Eggman built over a decade ago. When her attempts to run them out end in a brawl that leaves both her and Metal Sonic incapacitated, Amy wakes up to find that Little Planet has seemingly gone off course- no longer in Earth's atmosphere. The pair must then team up to survive the harsh climates of the planetoids other destinations, while also trying to find a way back home- all while Sonic and company frantically scramble to figure out what has happened to their friend and how to bring her back home.

   (Part of my Future Vision AU timeline, which takes place 10 years post canon. This is the first fic/story in the series, so all future stories will take place sometime after this one.)
