Summary
Okay, so, maybe, running off to Chicago as a last ditch effort to dodge the federal law trying to stuff him back into the foster system wasn’t one of Eddie’s brightest ideas in his burnt-out lightbulb of a noggin.
He can’t really complain about it though. Not only did it earn him a super cool van that apparently no one ever missed enough to let police look for? But also a thirteen-year-old former dead girl with psychic superpowers that forcefully adopted him as her older brother more than he adopted her. Which apparently also, in the most mind crumblingly twist of events ever, makes Jim Hopper his dad? – Adoptive? Step? – And isn’t that just something.
Oh, and Steve Harrington. Steve Harrington’s also in the picture, for some reason. Eddie hasn’t quite figured that one out, yet.
(On her search for her lost sister Eight, Eleven stumbles across Hawkins’ second most recent runaway, Eddie Munson. Needless to say, they imprint on each other like lost baby ducklings, and the rest is history. With a lot more Eddie Munson in it, this time around.)
