Summary
Día de los Muertos. Day of the Dead. A Mexican holiday celebrated to honor the dead and those never to be forgotten on November 1st. Calaveras and marigold flowers littered the floor, making a pathway to the large altar. The ofrenda were covered in flowers from bottom to top. Around the filled photo frames laid all sorts of foods and drinks that the people in the photos used to love and cherish. It's a sacred tradition, one that brings joy, sadness, remembrance, guilt, and most of all, love. Due to such a storm of emotions, portals begin to open and our loved ones step out of the portal and cross into the side that they used to call their own.
A tradition for family and friends. All of which, Quackity, did not have.
