Summary
It was supposed to be a routine mission, a favor to some friends at SHIELD, one last assignment for Natasha to complete before she officially transitioned out of SHIELD. Natasha could finally move on to the next chapter of her life, distancing herself further from her past. But pasts usually have a way of catching up to people, and Natasha is no different.
After years in the Red Room, Yelena Belova was considered a ghost. The only thing she had was her name and her memories, things that she sometimes wish she could lose too.
Natasha discovers after years of pain, that Yelena Belova, her baby sister is not only still alive, but as a result of experiments and being frozen, she is also still a child.
