Summary
Sokka doesn't really feel like going to a fancy political wedding with his sister and her boyfriend, even if it involves both of Aang's very best friends. Sokka is just a laidback dude from the Southern Water Tribe with no stake in world politics. What could he gain by traveling halfway across the world and jamming himself into an uncomfortable suit? Aang successfully tempts Sokka by describing Earth Rumble Twelve, an underground fighting ring where some of the most powerful earthbenders in the world fight for entertainment. It isn't long before Sokka finds himself skating along the knife's edge between prestige and pleasure.
