   Summary

   The House of the Dragon was an ever-changing, forever turbulent one. Shadowed by the dwindling health of King Viserys I and the reminder of his proclamation of his first daughter as his heir, House Targaryen was a cauldron of fire and blood that was ready to tip over at any point.

   The civil war that was brewing within the walls of the Red Keep was one that Alysanne Lannister knew was inevitable. She knew that either way, the death of the King would spark a long, deadly fight over who deserved to sit on the Iron Throne.

   Alysanne grew up in the politically turbulent Red Keep alongside the twins Aemond and Aenora. They were her rock in her ever-changing world, and she was theirs.
